DOG OBEDIENCE

Our dog obedience classes are designed to:

• encouraging development of strong bonds of connection between dogs and owners

• to provide opportunities and instruction to help owners teach their dogs:

  • body awareness

  • self control

  • developing social skills with other people and dogs

  • to come when called

  • behavior at home specifically at the front door

  • walking on a loose leash

  • basics such as sit, stand, down

  • avoiding distractions

  • understanding stay

  • create thinking dogs through the use of tricks

  • exposing owners to online resources to assist their training

Dog Obedience group classes are limited to a maximum of 6 dogs per class.  The course runs for 6 weeks - 1 hour per week.  The first class is an introduction and is without the dogs.  See our Facebook Page for a schedule for upcoming classes or contact Evelyn to put your name on the waiting list.
